Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance plan (EAP). 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Discounted/Sliding Scale Fee
To ensure that all clients are treated with equality, in a welcoming, nondiscriminatory manner, we offer sliding scale fee adjustment for those that qualify based on income. Please contact our office coordinator to discuss the application process to determine eligibility for a sliding discount fee.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
